WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
ARCHITECT / INTERN ARCHITECT
QUALIFICATIONS:

Graduate of an accredited architectural degree program.

Office experience on commercial and institutional building projects.

Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp.

Superior graphic presentation skills.
-
Working towards OAA registration.
THE OPPORTUNITY:
-
Assist in the design and execution of projects in all phases (proposal, programming, design, document preparation, bidding, construction administration, closeout).

Assist in the development of presentation graphics including 3D models and renderings.

Participate in site and environmental analysis.
-
Assist in analysis of applicable regulations including zoning and building codes.

Develop designs and details under the direction of a senior leader.

Participate in preparation of cost estimates.

Assist in the preparation of contract documents (drawings and specifications) for permit, tender and construction.

Research products and construction methods.
-
Collaborate with other construction industry professionals.

Provide assistance in procurement, tender analysis and contract award.

Perform field reviews and prepare site reports.
SALARY RANGE:
The compensation range is $70K to $80K, plus benefits, to be finalized based on experience.
