At PROP, we are a nimble, design-forward studio in search of an Architectural Designer who will be treated as a future project leader. We specialize in the intersection of architecture and interior design, with a focus on commercial projects across Ontario.

You will be navigating the complexities of the Ontario Building Code, participating in client meetings, and visiting sites where your Revit model come to life on site.

WHO YOU ARE

• Technical Creative: You have a Bachelor of Architecture and 2–3 years of experience. You don't just know how to use Revit; you understand how a building is put together.
• The Bridge: You have a background in architecture but an eye for interior design. You understand the requirements of a building permit and are savvy in materials selection.
• Self-Directed: Since we work in a remote environment, you are a disciplined professional who thrives with autonomy.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Revit Production: Manage models from Schematic Design through to Construction Administration.
• Permit Process: Take the lead on coordinating with municipal examiners to clear zoning and building permit hurdles.
• Site Presence: Conduct site reviews and liaise with contractors to ensure our design-driven details are executed.
• Specify with Purpose: Research and specify medical grade materials and robust fixtures.

Salary Range $45,000 to $55,000
