The Ideal Candidate
The firm is seeking an Intermediate / Senior Architect ready to contribute to and grow with our 20+ person firm.
The ideal candidate will share the following skillsets:
- Proven design skills in education and municipal building typologies
- Confident with direct client liaison and relationship building
- Enthusiastic team leadership skills
- Talented AutoCAD / Revit / Hand sketching
- Strong verbal & written communication
- Understanding of business operations
- Meticulous & detail oriented organizational skills
Compensation & Opportunities:
We reimburse staff for hours worked and all overtime work greater than 40 hours. We are seeking a team member with experience commensurate with an hourly rate in the range of $37.50 to $47.50 per hour. Compensation includes an insurance programme, OAA membership dues and an annual bonus commensurate with contribution. Qualifications, experience, responsibility, and duration of employment with previous firms will be considered.
