Senior Architect / Project Lead

This position is meant for someone who:

• Has 5-10 years of architectural experience on projects that are governed by the Ontario Building Code or the National Building Code of Canada
  

• Is passionate and optimistic about the Profession of Architecture 

• Is able to lead a production team through the completion of a set of solid contract documents

• Loves the details and ensuring that the intent of the design of the project is incorporated into the smallest aspect of a project

• Is a capable project manager who understands and is meticulous about construction administration

• Understands how to manage consultants and in order to ensure that milestones and deadlines are met

• Takes ownership over their projects and responsibilities

• Is able to work well in a team-based open environment

• Experience in multi-unit residential projects is an asset
