2026 Annual General Meeting: Preliminary Notice
Virtual Event Takes Place on Wednesday, April 15
You are hereby notified that the 2026 Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) of the Ontario Association of Architects will be held online from 1 to 2:30 pm on Wednesday, April 15. All those with OAA status are welcome to attend this free event, but only a holder of a licence or limited licence may vote.
In March 2026, the Association will post the 2025 Annual Report on its website in preparation for the meeting. (You can also watch the previous AGM on the OAA YouTube channel.)
This year’s agenda, accompanying materials, and information on how to participate will be sent to all those with OAA status no later than Wednesday, March 25. Registration will be required to attend virtually and to vote.
Any holder of a licence or limited licence who wants to propose a motion for consideration at the meeting must deliver it to OAA Executive Director Kristi Doyle no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, February 19. Please note all proposed motions must be signed by 10 licensed members. Please refer to Sections 21 and 23 of the OAA Bylaws for instructions with respect to wording.
