The Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) is seeking "inspiring and dynamic" presentations for Banff Session 2026, its biennial design conference.
Taking place May 1 & 2, 2026, in Banff, Alberta, this event gathers more than 400 architects, interior designers, academics, and students from across Canada and beyond. This year’s theme, ‘Origin Stories’, invites presenters to explore how personal and collective narratives shape architecture and interior design, driving future innovation and creativity.
AAA encourages submissions relevant to architecture and interior design practices, focusing on topics such as legal issues, safety and accessibility, design and technology, business management, and energy and the environment.
Submit your session outline by 4:00 pm MST, December 18, 2025, using the Banff Session Call for Presenters form. Selected applicants will be notified in late January 2026.
