The OAA is hosting this year’s Annual General Meeting of Members (AGM) as a virtual event, from 1 to 2:30 pm on May 3. All those with OAA status are welcome to attend, but only licensed members may vote.

Next month, the Association will post the 2022 Annual Report on its website in preparation for the event. The meeting agenda and information on how to participate will be sent to all members in early April—registration will be required to attend virtually and to vote. 

Any licensed member who wants to propose a motion for consideration at the meeting must deliver it to OAA Executive Director Kristi Doyle no later than 4:30 pm on March 9, and signed by 10 licensed members. (Refer to Sections 21 and 23 of the OAA Bylaws for instructions with respect to wording.)
