Past, present and future were honoured when Barrie’s 2023 Heritage Awards were handed out at Wednesday night's city council meeting.
Coun. Clare Riepma, chairman of the Heritage Barrie committee, said the awards recognize buildings in the city with heritage value and also people and organizations which contribute to that heritage.
