The Grand Valley Society of Architects  (GVSA) is seeking input from hiring staff in architectural firms across the province through the GVSA Hiring Practices Survey. The initiative aims to uncover what firms value most in resumes, portfolios, and interviews, helping to shape a more inclusive and informed hiring process. The survey, open until Sunday, November 30, is available online via the GVSA website.
