As part of forthcoming upgrades to the OAA’s membership database management software, usernames for logging into the secure website or accessing accounts were changed on December 11, 2025. Previously, it would have been “OAA,” followed by a number. As of December 11, usernames require only the unique OAA ID number. Example; the username “OAA54321” has changed to “54321”. Your password remains the same.
Try logging into your Member Portal to ensure your new username and existing password work. If you cannot remember your password, you will need to reset it. (Passwords are encrypted and cannot be retrieved online or by staff.) Simply click the "Reset My Password” button accessible via the link to have reset instructions sent to your email address of record. If you become locked out of your account, please return to the site after one hour and click “Reset My Password.”
This necessary change is part of the database management upgrade happening in 2026 to improve security, user experience, and efficiency.
