Recently, OAA President Settimo Vilardi wrote to the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) Building Transformation Services Branch in response to the consultation on future enhancements to the qualifications program for Ontario's building practitioners. To protect the public interest, the Association wants to ensure Building Code knowledge, and how it is assessed, is keeping pace with the Code’s increasingly complex and sophisticated regulations. The letter is posted on the OAA Website’s Government Relations Portal.
