Pro-Demnity Insurance Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of the OAA, has released the latest edition of its e-newsletter, The Straight Line. Issue 17 touches on the 2009 Apology Act and the impact of saying “sorry” to a client when things go wrong on a project. It also republishes a recent COVID-19 Special Bulletin on client vaccine mandates.
