The Association is looking for OAA practices to participate in a virtual roundtable on equity, diversity, and inclusion on September 12, from 2 to 4 pm.
This event aims to foster discussion regarding current EDI initiatives at firms, as well as offer an opportunity to share best practices and facilitate a call to action to adopt new initiatives. It is the third OAA EDI roundtable, building on previous events focused on members and intern architects.
