SHIFT2021 Challenge: Resiliency in the City Event Next Week

Two free, publicly accessible webinars will be held live on Zoom in November, exploring the ideas behind this year’s selections for the SHIFT2021 Resiliency/Architecture Challenge. These two moderated talks, which will also feature Q&A opportunities and live closed captioning, will offer 1.0 or 1.5 Structured Learning hours for licensed members.

Next week, on Tuesday, November 16 at 11 am, the teams behind “Ontario Place: On-to-Our Next Adventure,” “K-Town: A Future,” and “The Mini Mid-Rise” will join Azure Magazine's senior editor Stefan Novakovic to share their ideas and the connections among them. To register, click here.

On November 30 at 1 pm, architect Joe Lobko will moderate a discussion between the people behind the SHIFT submissions, “Mining Scars of Single Industry Communities: The Lakeshore Basin” and “Temporary Foreign Worker Communities.” To register for SHIFT2021 Challenge: The Resiliency of Changing Communities, click here.
