The OAA’s biennial Best Emerging Practice Award honours young firms who demonstrate a clear vision, well-articulated goals, and proven effective strategies that provide a competitive advantage. On October 18, there will be a special in-person evening event at the OAA Headquarters in Toronto, with the 2020 and 2022 winners—Office Ou and Smart Density—coming together to discuss their firms and engage in a moderated discussion on what to consider when starting your own practice.
