The OAA’s Continuing Education Webinar Series continues, with virtual learning taking place biweekly throughout the winter and spring. Many of the offerings this year include opportunities to earn Structured Learning that qualifies for the Association’s mandatory Climate Action requirement.

On January 26, “OAA Licensed Members, Copyrights, and Moral Rights: In Practice and Practical Solutions” will explore items ranging from contracts with photographers and graphic designers to what is meant by “fair dealing.” Bob Tarantino (counsel at Dentons Canada LLP) will examine dynamic aspects of copyright law to provide clarity and insight into some of the intellectual property challenges OAA members can encounter.
