The 2024 Ontario Concrete Awards, held on December 11 in Vaughan, celebrated 14 exceptional projects across various categories.
The award for Architectural Hardscape went to the Great Canadian Casino Resort in Etobicoke, with contributions from PMA Landscape Architects, RJC Engineers, and UCC Group Inc. Elsewhere, the Cast-in-Place Architectural Merit was presented to Escarpment House in Honeywood, designed by architects—Alliance. Precast Architectural Merit was awarded to Alma College Square in St. Thomas, led by Agar Architect Inc.
Meanwhile, the Infrastructure Award recognized Long Point Causeway Bridge in Norfolk County, managed by Parsons Corporation and Ellis Engineering, while Invizij Architects was recognized with the Institutional Precast Building award for the Jarvis Community Christian School.
