The Office of the Registrar is reaching out to OAA Architects regarding an upcoming vacancy for the Province of Ontario electoral district Council seat.

When a vacancy is created, Council is required to appoint an eligible OAA member to fill the seat for the remainder of the term (until December 2027). Accordingly, the OAA is soliciting expressions of interest for this vacancy, and the Council will appoint a licence-holding member from the submissions received. 

All interested Architects in good standing with an address of record in the Province of Ontario electoral district are invited to submit the Expression of Interest Form and their CV to the Office of the Registrar (officeoftheregistrar@oaa.on.ca). The expression of interest form and CV must be received by Wednesday, February 18, 2026.

Please click here to review additional information about the submission process. At its meeting on March 5, 2026, Council will consider all submissions. Applicants will be informed of the decision shortly after their meeting.
